Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Based on the ancient Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the wild west in an excellent game for starting players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler vs. the house, unlike most other poker games that gamblers play with other gamblers. By competing against the dealer, beginning players do not have to fret about any other, more advanced gamblers winning their mulla.

One more Pai Gow benefit is the generally leisurely game pace, novices can take their time and plan while not having to make hasty choices.

It is also simpler to wager on for a long time with only a tiny amount of cash since, to not win, each of your hands needs to be lower than each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card standard deck and one joker. The player is dealt seven cards faces showing and the croupier is dealt seven cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and one two card hand need to be made from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be higher than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be larger than the dealer’s.
