Online poker has become world celebrated lately, with televised events and celebrity poker game shows. Its popularity, though, arcs back in fact a bit farther than its television ratings. Over the years several variations on the original poker game have been created, including some games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to twenty-one than old guard poker, in that the gamblers bet against the dealer rather than the other players. The winning hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no conniving or different kinds of deceptiveness. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up before the croupier saying "No further wagers." At that moment, both you and the bank and of course all of the different players acquire five cards each. Once you have seen your hand and the bank’s 1st card, you have to in turn make a call bet or give up. The call wager’s value is on same level to your beginning ante, which means that the risks will have increased two fold. Bowing out means that your wager goes directly to the bank. After the bet comes the showdown. If the bank doesn’t have ace/king or better, your bet is returned, with a sum in accordance with the ante. If the dealer does have ace/king or greater, you win if your hand is greater than the casino’s hand. The house pays out money equal to your original bet and set odds on your call wager. These expectations are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • two to one for two pairs
  • 3-1 for 3 of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • seven to one for a full house
  • 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
